Horse Mackerel
Horse mackerel is a vague vernacular term for a range of species of fish. It is commonly applied to pelagic fishes, especially of the Carangidae (jack mackerels and scads) family, most commonly those of the genera Trachurus or Caranx.
Barramundi

SkipJack Tuna
The skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) is a medium-sized perciform fish in the tuna family, Scombridae, and is the only member of the genus Katsuwonus.
Reef Cod
Cod is the common name for the demersal fish genus Gadus. Cod is also used as part of the common name for a number of other fish species, and one species that belongs to genus Gadus is commonly not called cod.
Ribbon fish
The ribbonfish are any lampriform fishes in the family Trachipteridae. These pelagic fish are named for their slim, ribbon-like appearance. They are rarely seen alive, as they typically live in deep waters, though are not bottom feeders.

Lobster
Lobsters are a family of marine crustaceans. They have long bodies with muscular tails and live in burrows on the sea floor. Three of their five pairs of legs have claws, including the first pair, which are usually much larger.

Scampi (Nephrops norvegicus), also called Norway lobster or "Sausage of the sea", Norwegian lobster, langoustine or Dublin Bay prawn, is an edible lobster of the order Decapoda.
Slipper Lobster
Slipper lobsters are a family of about 90 species of achelate crustaceans, in the Decapoda clade Reptantia, found in all warm oceans and seas. They are not true lobsters, but are more closely related to spiny lobsters and furry lobsters.
